- Department of Community Medicine organized a Workshop on Neglected Tropical Diseases on 4th March 2022 in collaboration with PATH and WH
- Department conducted a Poster Competition for the students of MBBS Batch 2021(Para P2) on the occasion of National Nutritional Week on 6th September 2022 at LT-4, GSVM Medical College
- A Health Talk was conducted on 7th September 2022 by Interns of MBBS batch 2017(Para L2) in demonstration room of the department.
- A Health Awareness Talk was conducted by Interns of MBBS batch 2017(Para L2) at Rural Health Training Centre. Kalyanpur , Kanpur on 8th September 2022.
- A Seminar-cum-Workshop on Patient Care & Management of Nutritional Disorders was held on 9th September 2022 for the Interns of Para L-2 MBBS Batch 2017
- Seminar presentation on Global Iodine Deficiency Disorder Prevention Day was conducted in the department on 21 st oct 2022
- World Anti obesity day was observed on 31st october 2022 through seminar presentation in the Department.
- Seminar presentation on World diabetes day was celebrated by Interns of PARA L2 MBBS 2019 batch on 14 th November 2022
- World Cancer Day was observed in the department on 4 th feb 2023. awareness was spread through seminar presentation by students of PARA L2 2017 batch.
- Department conducted a quiz competition on World Health Day by IAPSM on 10th april 2023 for the students of MBBS Batch 2020(Para O2)
- Department organised a rally on World No Tobacco Day on 31st May 2023 for spreading awareness on tobacco consumption hazards
- A CME was organised at LT 1 on World No Tobacco Day on 31st May 2023 for the students of MBBS Batch 2020(Para O2
- A street play was organized by the department for the inhabitants of urban slum MP mill Sarvodaya nagar on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day on 1st june 2023
- A seminar and poster presentation was conducted in the department on the occasion of World environment day on 5th june 2023 by students of MBBS Batch 2018 (Para M2)
- A roleplay and poster competition was organised in the department on the occasion of World breastfeeding week on 7th august 2023 by students of MBBS Batch 2020 (Para O2)
